Booking FAQ

Q. How do i make a booking?

A. Customers can go to our Booking Page to order their taxi.

Q. How long will my taxi take?

A. If booked for straight away please allow 20 to 30 minutes for your taxi to arrive. Peak times weekends and holidays, waiting time may be longer.

Q. How will i know my taxi has been booked?

A. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in the booking, confirming you order. Your booking is not made untill you receive this confirmation email. Please rembember to add us to your contact list to avoid our emails landing in your spam folder.

Q. Can i obtain a quote first?

A. Of course. You will need to fill in a quote form located here.

Q. How do i cancel a booking?

A. If you would like to cancel a booking simply reply to the booking confirmation email we sent you, Stating "Cancel Booking" and we'll do the rest.

Q. Can i negotiate a price of the meter?

A. We strongly recommend that you don't have your fare calculated off the meter, but customers may arrange to have an agreed fixed price with the driver. You will need to download a copy of our waiver form (pdf 33kb) which you must sign and give to the driver. Please retain a copy for your own records.

Q. Where do i meet the driver at the airport?

A. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals entrance soon as you come through customs. The driver will be holding a name card with your surname, Please make sure you provide a valid contact number in your booking in the event the driver cannot find you.
